V0-alpha early access
Draft terms for the early-access public surface
These terms describe the current public launch posture in plain language. They are written to set expectations for early-access visitors, not to replace a formal legal review. The narrow scope is deliberate: public review first, broader access later.
Early-access status
LocalBench is still in active V0-alpha early access. Features, wording, and route access can change as the launch surface matures.
Acceptable use
Use the public pages for review, feedback, and lawful testing. Do not attempt to bypass route gates, tamper with submissions, or abuse the local runtime connection.
Benchmark outputs
Benchmark results are generated for comparison and review. They should not be treated as a guarantee of performance on another machine or under another runtime configuration.
Data publication
Publishing a run should remain opt-in. If a run is shared publicly, the resulting page may include the metadata needed to explain what was measured.
Service changes
The product may add, remove, or change public pages, waitlist handling, and early-access-only flows without advance notice while the launch process is still being refined.
Warranty and liability
This launch copy is provided as a draft. It is intentionally conservative and should be reviewed by counsel before broader public release.
What this means
The launch is intentionally narrow
The public shell is there to help people inspect the product direction, not to imply that every future workflow is stable, complete, or legally finalized.
